TERMS AND CONDITIONS- THE HAPPY ENDINGS DOG BOOK Entering your dog in the book means you have read and agree to the following terms:   If you are entering your dog in the book then the photo is non returnable.  By giving your photo and story in you are giving us permission to crop the photo and edit the story as we see fit. You are also giving legal permission for your dog to be in the book.   By entering your dog in the book it will be placed where the author feels is appropriate.   Thank you very much if you supply lots of photos but we might not be able to use all of them.   The cover of the book can be seen on www.doggielove.co.uk.   Ideally we would like your full contact details including your email, address and telephone number to let you know when the book is ready in case one of them doesn’t work.   A percentage of the profits (if any) will be donated to a registered dog charity.  A gift will go to Many Tears.   The final accounts will be balanced in approx April 2008.   DISAPOINTED.  Please remember this has been a huge, unpaid endeavour using home equipment to save money.  We will be unable to offer refunds based on disappointment and hope you will be understanding in this matter.  This includes disappointment in the printing style, placement of animal and story, the presentation, size, texture, binding and size of pictures.  It is a charitable effort and we are trying to create something to help other animals.     DAMAGE : If the book is damaged in the mail we will replace it after receiving the damaged copy (we will pay secondary postage).       Postage and packaging costs are extra to the price of the book.   All decisions are made at the discretion of the publishers or representative and are final.
